"Health & Happiness is beyond the physical. It's a point of view and mental attitude that you have about your self, your life and your relationships."

Do you ever wonder why certain people just show up in your life? You may be focused on a certain idea that you have. You have strong intentions to make it a reality (you’re taking appropriate action), and then when you least expect it, … it all comes together. Synchronicity is defined as a relationship between ideas and like minds. These relationships manifest simultaneously and they’re meaningfully related.
I was thinking that I would like to start writing for The Huffington Post, and so I contacted a writer I knew for an appropriate contact. At the same time, I began private yoga classes at a good friend’s house. I was curious about the new person that joined us late one morning. Then after class, my friend Jena introduced us and said, “Agapi is the sister of Arriana Huffington.” I laughed and shared my story, and as we spoke with one another we learned about other relationships we had in common, how like-minded we are in our way of being in the world and in what we think is important. …A new friendship was born.
Agapi is a lovely person and I can’t wait to get to know her better and read about the heart-centered environment that she was so fortunate to have grown-up in…
“It took a year to write and a lifetime to live. This book is filled with 32 stories from my life and the wise ways and teachings that my mother Elli raised me and my sister with that led me to realize the joy of living with an open heart. …One of the reasons I wrote this book is to inspire others to tell their stories. Everyone, every single person, has a story that holds the truth of their heart, and those stories need to be heard. We need to tell our stories, as much as we need to listen to others’. And that is how our hearts unbind.”
I’m someone who finds joy in being open to and aware of the many miracles in life. We’ve all heard the term one-in-a-million, but did you know that a Cambridge professor and mathematician came up with that term? JE Littlewood said that every one in a million events in our lives presents an opportunity, or something we can consider as miraculous. He concluded that we can all anticipate and expect a miracle in our lives at a rate of about once a month, or every one-in-a-million events that occur over a 35 day period.
Expect Miracles, …one a month is a lot to look forward to. Have you any interventions of grace to share? I’d love to feature your story here on LifeDr.com.
