…or less! When you are busy (like me), you want to eat healthy food without spending too much time in the kitchen. Here is one of my favorite pasta dishes that is wheat and gluten-free. It is so simple to make as well as being beautiful, aromatic and delicious!
Recipes for Life: Life Dr. Pasta
Cut tomatoes in half. Finely chop some basil and set it aside. Heat olive oil in saute pan and then add some garlic.
Add tomatoes and saute’ them. Add chili flakes. Add basil.
Simultaneously, bring 5 quarts of water to a boil. Add pasta to boiling water, salt to taste with high quality sea salt. Return to boiling and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8 – 9 minutes.
Drain well and serve immediately with your sauteed tomatoes and grated parmesan.
*Remember that loving and caring for yourself includes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Say, “No” to things in boxes and cans. When you can’t pronounce what’s in it, your body has trouble knowing what to do with it. Eat real food, with natural and simple ingredients like these. You really do deserve to feel and look your best!
