Are you suffering from gastrointestinal pain and digestion problems, anemia, headaches, fatigue, infertility or nerve damage? The root cause of your symptoms may be found in what you're eating.

The Facts

What is Gluten?

It's a protein found in barley, wheat and rye that causes sensitivities and disease in some people. It can be very difficult to avoid because these proteins are hidden in dried seasonings, ketchup, soy sauce, and other non-food items like lipstick, sunscreen and toothpaste.

Do something loving for yourself! Sure, we all want and need people in our lives that love us, but I've learned you don't need another person to experience feeling loved all the time. Make a date with yourself; buy yourself some flowers, light some candles and take a warm bath.

You can always get a group of friends together and bring a little something for one another that expresses love and friendship. One year, some of my friends even married themselves. They held a ceremony in a charming private garden (and deepened their relationship to who they are as individuals), while focusing on values and standards that are important to them in any new relationships they are attracting.

Creating Sacred Environments & Relationships

Creating special, supportive relationships (and environments that serve you) is both an inner and outer job and experience. I love my home and environments to feel good as well as reflect things that are important to me.

When something feels, smells, sounds, tastes and looks beautiful to you - it's heightening your senses and nourishing your mind, body and spirit.

What do your personal environments reflect to you? And, who are the people in your life that you find yourself feeling your best and the most "at home with?"

I "feel" as though there is something great that I need to do - that I want to do - but I don't know how to nail it down.

Are there exercises or questions that I can go through in order to make this more clear to myself? I am tired of floundering. I appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Thanks,
Tammy

YES! ...the day has finally come. One of my chickens has finally laid it's 1st egg! Of course, as soon as I discovered it, ...I ran right into the kitchen and sauteed it in coconut oil. Yumm!

Eggs got a bad rep in the past and were thought to cause high cholesterol, but any of todays long term studies show that's simply NOT true. Eggs are a near perfect protein and one of the highest quality proteins available in any food. They're rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that feed and support healthy pregnancies, brain function, eye health, muscle strength and more.

The latest facts:

egg yolk provides your brain with the healthy fat it needs to function optimally

healthy people can safely enjoy eggs without increasing their risk of a heart attack

a whole egg improves the blood lipid (cholesterol) profile and helps prevent blood clots
