Over40Females.com recently selected Tina as "Over Forty Female of the Month".

She calls herself the "Life Dr" and has the experience, spiritual background and education to back it up.

I've met a lot of women through my stint at More Magazine as an editor and now with Over 40 Females who "have it all" but Tina goes one step further than that...she takes everything she's learned (and continues to study while traveling the world), and applies it to her therapy sessions for "personal healing and greater body awareness." She has a refreshing approach to traditional therapy that involves using "eastern and western therapy approaches along with better self-care" that includes yoga, nutrition, meditation and more!

A licensed psychotherapist, Tina has been on the front lines working in hospitals and counseling people abroad. And to top it all off, she is a mother, a gourmet chef and has an intense desire to help people from all walks of life. After connecting with Tina people feel encouraged and inspired by her - the very thing that an exemplary Over 40 Female strives to be.

What I've learned from Tina is that there is a delicate balance in being involved in so many different paths in life. But if you can roll all of your experience and education along with your passion for living into your career, and at the same time be a loving mother and a loyal friend while helping people all over the world then that's my definition of truly "having it all."
